	Job Responsibilities:
1. Complete the sales task of products within the jurisdiction and increase the proportion of products in the region;
2. Responsible for market development, customer development, network layout, and pre entry negotiation for new customers within the jurisdiction;
3. Responsible for the sample planning and layout of the stores within the jurisdiction, as well as maintaining the overall image;
4. Responsible for setting up product lines within the jurisdiction, determining retail and pricing of products, and maintaining the overall pricing system;
5. Master the customer's inventory, sales, and inventory situation within the jurisdiction, and promptly follow up on customer pick-up plans and logistics delivery status;
6. Responsible for formulating channel promotion plans
7. Responsible for budgeting, confirming various expenses of channel customers, timely reconciliation, and debt collection;
8. Master the dynamics of competitors and holiday promotion plans within the jurisdiction, and formulate corresponding strategies.
Qualifications for the position:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, economics, or management;
2. More than 1 year of sales management experience in the home appliance or fast-moving consumer goods industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of channel operations and market sales in the home appliance industry being particularly preferred;
